Description
This is a rare full sheet plein air watercolor, done on an earlier trip to Arizona. I decided to bring mostly full sheets on this trip - the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley. I found out that working a full sheet 22"x 30" on location was too big to fit on my lap and because of the size, I had trouble getting the wet into wet effect when I wanted it because of the drying time is so fast in the desert.
